Thanks to a generous donation from the Kiwanis Club of Aliso Viejo, Friends of the Aliso Viejo Library and the Lion's club of Laguna the library now has a Clear-View desktop magnifier. If you are coping with Macular degeneration, Glaucoma, or Diabetic Retinopathy and have difficulty enjoying activities you once loved like reading, writing letters, doing crossword puzzles, or just looking at your favorite photos, now you can with this very easy to use magnifier. It is even possible to do needlework or other close work. Just ask the reference staff how it works; it's easy!
